As the Head of Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across digital channels, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing, Meta, and Google Ads ecosystems. You will combine analytical rigor with creative strategy to drive full-funnel growth — from awareness and acquisition to retention and lifetime value optimization.
This is a leadership role requiring a data-first mindset, hands-on execution capability, and experience managing high monthly media budgets in fast-scaling D2C environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Lead paid acquisition across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
• Manage and optimize significant monthly ad spends to drive efficient CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
• Build full-funnel performance marketing strategies including prospecting, retargeting, lookalike modeling, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks across landing pages, creatives, audience cohorts, and campaign structures.
• Own marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Identify growth opportunities across new digital channels, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
• Drive customer lifecycle initiatives including retention, remarketing, upsell, and cross-sell strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team.
Required Skills & Expertise
• 7–10 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing within a D2C brand.
• Proven success scaling digital acquisition for high-growth consumer brands.
• Deep expertise in:
• Performance Marketing Strategy
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
•
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and funnel metrics.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, D2C growth levers, and digital commerce ecosystems.
