Responsible for developing and delivering the global campaign strategy, to support pipeline development for all regions. Assess the go-to-market plans for each of the region and build a global campaign strategy, with executable plans and right-sized budgets, that deliver awareness and leads for the business.
We are looking for Maternity Leave Coverage for 20h per week during 16 weeks starting asap.
Domain
• Define quarterly demand generation priorities aligned with GTM plans
• Provide strategic direction and approve integrated campaign plans (execution owned by team)
• Maintain and refine a simple global campaign framework and brief template
• Ensure campaigns have clear ICP/persona focus, KPIs, and Sales follow-up plans
• Provide strategic oversight of ABM approach and review performance monthly
• Establish and run a regular alignment cadence with Sales leadership
• Define core global demand KPIs and review performance monthly with Marketing Operations
• Guide optimization discussions based on KPI outcomes
• Coach and develop field marketers to strengthen campaign planning and execution capabilities
• Clarify ownership and collaboration between field marketing, corporate marketing, and marketing operations
• Provide strategic input into annual budgeting and major spend allocation decisions
• Advise on MarTech improvements to support campaign effectiveness
