Head of Dealing On Own Account

Responsibilities: :
• Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas
• Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools
• Carrying out trade surveillance
• Interacting with operations technology teams and contributed effectively to a global team
• Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launches
• Perform daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L reporting
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance
• Work with trading developers to improve pricing/execution/booking logic
• Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system
• Assisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulation
• Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution
• Keeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations

Requirements: :
• Master's degree in quant discipline from top global universities
• Exposure to Python/C++/Java and an interest to expand your technical skills
• At least 3 years’ experience with relevant options trading or alpha building
• Knowledge in option pricing, vol curve models, greeks and other risk measures
• Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments
• Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary trading
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to details
• Work under high pressure efficiently
• Experience or keen interest in crypto industry
