Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Dealing to join our Dubai-based team onsite.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in forex dealing, trading operations, or related roles, with a strong understanding of market execution, risk management, and dealing desk operations.

You will:

Lead the dealing team to ensure seamless trade execution and risk management

Develop team skills, set performance benchmarks, and monitor progress against KPIs

Oversee trading activities, including monitoring positions, executing trades, and ensuring platform compliance

Maintain and update trading systems and platforms for optimal functionality

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks

Stay updated on global financial markets, economic events, and market holidays

Implement robust risk management practices, monitor exposure, and manage liquidity

Ensure the company’s risk management policies and limits are adhered to

Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability while mitigating risks

Analyze trading data to refine execution strategies

Ensure trading activities comply with all regulatory standards and internal policies

Collaborate with compliance teams to adapt to regulatory changes

Monitor trading platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and accurate pricing

Work with technical teams to enhance and maintain trading systems

Liaise with sales and client relations teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored trading solutions

Address client inquiries and resolve trading-related concerns

Prepare daily and periodic reports on trading performance, risk exposure, and market conditions for senior management

Maintain accurate documentation of trading activities and strategies

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

5+ years experience in forex dealing, trading operations, or related roles

Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments

Familiarity with risk management tools and regulatory frameworks

Proficient in trading systems

Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and risk management

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Ability to work onsite at our Dubai Office (Jumeirah Lake Tower)
