IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Head of Data Enablement and Artificial Intelligence at Envalior, you will define and refine Envalior’s enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, ensuring that the company accelerates value creation through scalable, sustainable, and secure data capabilities. You will actively establish governance structures, OKRs, and reporting cadences to steer global AI programs and ensure alignment with senior leadership. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new data architectures, AI technologies, and operating models to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Leading the strategic direction for data enablement and AI across all divisions and global functions.
• Developing compelling business cases for new data and AI opportunities with measurable ROI.
• Driving cross-functional execution between business, IT, and external partners to accelerate AI delivery.
• Orchestrating change management initiatives to embed data-driven decision-making and increase efficiency.

Requirements:
• Deep expertise in data strategy, artificial intelligence, analytics operating models, and enterprise governance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• More than 10 years of experience in data/AI leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI, data management, cloud platforms, or agile methodologies.
• Ability to travel globally, as required for stakeholder alignment and program execution.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
