Job Description

Luxaviation is looking for a Head of Data and Analytics to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Luxaviation’s data capability.

You will oversee the full data lifecycle, from collection and integration to reporting, dashboarding, and predictive analysis. The role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise dashboards in Power BI, working with modern technologies, and supporting predictive and advanced analytics projects that deliver real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the group-wide data strategy

Design and maintain cloud-based data architecture and integrations

Develop enterprise dashboards and reports in Power BI

Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance

Promote data-driven decision-making and explore predictive analytics

Your Profile

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred

8+ years experience in data and analytics roles within complex organisations

Expertise in Power BI, modern data platforms (Azure/AWS, SQL, Python), and ETL

Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001)

Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning is a plus

Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or AWS Data Analytics preferred
