Job Description

Your mission:
• Strategic Leadership: Own the BI roadmap. Align with executive stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives that drive business growth, specifically focusing on the evolution of sales funnel analytics
• Analytics Product Ownership: Act as the primary PO for our Tableau Cloud environment. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards — from requirement gathering and wireframing to production and user training
• Team Management: Lead and mentor our Data Engineering talent. While you won't be coding daily, you will oversee technical architecture and ensure the scalability of our Kedro-based ETL pipelines
• Demand & Stakeholder Management: Create a structured process for BI requests. You will be the "filter" that translates vague business questions into actionable technical tasks
• Data Governance & QA: Maintain the integrity of our production data. You will manage QA processes (leveraging shared DevOps/QA resources) to ensure that metrics like ARR and Funnel Conversion are accurate and consistent
• Data Enablement: Foster a data-driven culture by educating users across the organization on how to self-serve using Tableau Cloud

Your profile:
• Experience: 6+ years in Data & Analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or "Lead" capacity within a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (Booked/Billed ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV) and Sales Funnelmechanics (Lead-to-Opp-to-Close)
• Technical Literacy: * Expert-level SQL and Tableau, strong familiarity with Python (specifically for data engineering/orchestration), ability to architect data models in Postgres
• The "Translator" Skill: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa
• Execution Mindset: Comfortable being "hands-on-strategic"—you can define the vision and then jump into a dashboard or a SQL query to help the team meet a deadline
• Communication: You are fluent in English, German is a plus - and love to connect with all different types of characters & professions
