As a Head of Data & AI AMEA, you will be accountable to lead the Data Strategy, part of Leadership Team for AI Transformation and responsible for Data & Insights Delivery teams for AMEA. Be the Business Partner to align Business Strategy & Priorities in different Domains (like Marketing, Pricing, Customer, Digital and Sales), shaping and influencing Data Strategy to Make Data Available, Visible and Actionable. It’s expected of you to align requirements between regional and global functions, leveraging Solutions and leading adoption and value realization.

Accountabilities

• Engage with Business Stakeholders, Global Head of Data & Insights Commercial and IT&D Leadership Team, in order to define and evolve AMEA Data & AI Strategy and Capabilities, delivering impactful and scalable solutions aligned with AMEA strategic agenda.
• Be part of IT&D AMEA Leadership Team, responsible for Data & Insights and co-leading AI Transformation.
• Represent AMEA as part of Global Commercial Data & Insights Leadership Team, having AMEA aligned and co-creating with AI Foundry, Data Strategy and Governance.
• Lead the Data Mesh Implementation and Data Governance for AMEA.
• Be part of strategic visioning of Data and AI Products.
• Develop a scalable leadership and delivery team of internal members and external delivery partners to accelerate the go-to-market of our Data, Insights and AI services.
• Identifies and help the client understand the Data & Insights and IT business model, value and value proposition.
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
• Work with external collaborators to integrate their complementary capabilities into our Data, Insights & AI deliveries.
• Manage Budget for Data & Insights in AMEA

Experience / Previous jobs required for the job

• Proven track record in successful managing Data & AI Strategy and delivery teams.
• Overall 5+ years of Data & Insights management experience, at least 3 years of Commercial domain expertise and understands /have experience with the related Commercial solutions and Data Mesh, AWS, Databricks, SFDC, etc.
• Experience implementing Data Strategy, Data Governance, AI Transformation, Data Monetization
• Experience leading teams in an agile matrix organization.
• Working with different levels of the organization (business and IT)
• Experience with Product Ownership methodology, gathering Business Requirements, defining personas, mapping information required, prioritizing the requirements based on LTO, value creation and business impact.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in informatics, computer science, or related Data & Insights fields with 3-8 years of relevant experience in D&A areas.
• Multiple years of business or IT experience in Data & Analytics domain.
• Experience in Cloud based ELT, Big Data tools, infrastructure, analytics and visualization (or to be gained in the job).
• Experience running Scrum/Agile development practice (ideally as product owner or scrum master).
• Experience with Business Process Management.
