At Miinto, we are scaling an international fashion platform that connects boutiques across Europe with conscious fashion consumers. We need a Head of Customer Marketing who is as comfortable analyzing data as they are giving feedback on campaign graphics.
This isn't just about sending emails; it’s about leading a multidisciplinary team to maximize the lifetime value of our customers.
The Role
As our Head of Customer Marketing, you will bridge the gap between creative execution and bottom-line profitability. You will lead a team of graphic designers, campaign specialists and CRM specialists across our Copenhagen and Warsaw offices.
Your focus will be:
Commercial Strategy: Owning the global campaign and content calendar and the CRM automation with a relentless focus on permission-base activation and customer lifetime value.
People Leadership: Mentoring a team of 7 team members, providing a stable, high-trust environment where designers and specialists can thrive.
Campaign Execution: Supporting the team in efficient execution of the global campaign and content calendar and localization to the markets.
Data-Driven Growth: Leveraging Bloomreach, PowerBI, and Google Analytics to turn raw data into actionable CRM automation and campaign strategies.
Creative Oversight: Guiding the visual direction of our communications to ensure every touchpoint feels high-end and on-brand, and leveraging the exciting opportunities for creativity that AI enables.
Who You Are
An Empathetic Leader: You believe in "people first." You are a calm, trustworthy manager who prioritizes development and team health.
CRM and Campaign Experience: You have hands-on experience with CDP/CRM tools (Bloomreach, Agillic, or similar) and have experience with promotional and targeted activation.
Analytically Minded: You don’t wait for reports; you dive into the data to find the next growth lever.
Bold but Humble: You dare to challenge the status quo, but you do it with curiosity and respect for the team’s expertise.
