The Role

You will lead the Creator Product function, overseeing the entire creator-facing ecosystem from onboarding through monetization and retention. Your job is to build a high-performing product organization that connects a deep understanding of the creator mindset with the technical rigor required to define and execute an AI-first platform. You will ensure every feature iteration drives measurable platform stickiness and viral growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Creator Experience: Oversee all creator-facing workflows, including onboarding, profile management, and marketing pages, ensuring an intuitive, world-class user experience.

• Drive AI-First Tools: Strategically launch AI-first creator tools that assist with ideation, production, storytelling, promotion, and monetization across the five major social media platforms.

• Manage System Integration: Assume product ownership of Vyro after its initial 3-4 month independent iteration and integrate its intelligence systems into the holistic platform structure.

• Accelerate Growth & Retention: Develop and implement viral growth strategies and referral programs to drive creator sign-ups, increase platform engagement, and reduce churn.

• Establish Operational Excellence: Define and build a scalable CRM and support ticketing system required to manage creator communications, engagement, and success.

• Collaborate on Matching: Partner closely with the Head of Data and Head of Brands to optimize match quality and brand-creator outcomes, ensuring the platform delivers clear value propositions.

• Define and Execute Product: Serve as a strong executor who can quickly define the product, write user stories, and work directly with engineers to meet the aggressive six-month timeline to project success.

What You’ll Bring

• Creator Economy Fluency: Prior experience running product for or demonstrating deep familiarity with the creator space, ideally from up-and-coming startups within the industry or strong agency models with a technical background.

• Product Definition & Execution: A track record of operating at a senior product level, capable of defining product roadmaps and executing against them quickly and resourcefully in an ambitious startup environment.

• Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven ability to marry go-to-market strategy with product development, demonstrating strong intuition for creator incentives, platform stickiness, and viral loops.

• Systems Thinking: The ability to build scalable CRM and support structures required for managing a rapidly growing, global user base.

• Data & Workflow Rigor: Experience translating platform metrics and creator pains into actionable product decisions, knowing how the feature flow should work and ensuring alignment with engineering teams.
