We’re seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us the Head of Cost Management in New Zealand. You’ll bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.

We're seeking a Head of Cost Management to lead and grow our New Zealand cost management capability. This is a senior leadership role responsible for; 

• Leading existing key client relationships.
• Creating and developing new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
• Be a proactive member of the NZ senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
• Driving commercial performance.
• Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
• Participate in the development of the business plan and targets
• The delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex projects 
• Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence.  

• A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• MRICS / NZIQS accreditation ideal
• 15+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skill
