We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Conversational AI Engineering Leader to drive the end-to-end prompt engineering and conversational AI strategy across multiple AI-driven products. This role focuses on building high-quality, scalable, and reliable AI interactions by optimizing prompt systems and ensuring consistent model performance. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, define best practices, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with product and business goals. This position is best suited for someone with deep expertise in prompt engineering, NLP, and large language models, combined with strong leadership and a passion for building intelligent, user-centric AI systems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall prompt engineering and conversational AI strategy across products
• Design, develop, and optimize production-grade prompt systems for complex real-world use cases
• Establish quality benchmarks and evaluate prompt performance using metrics and testing frameworks
• Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to improve accuracy, robustness, and effectiveness
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Conversational AI Engineers
• Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional development within the team
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to align AI outputs with business objectives
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and model performance to drive continuous improvements
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering standards, frameworks, and documentation
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI technologies
• Ensure scalability, consistency, and reliability across all AI-driven conversational systems
