We are seeking an innovative Head of Content Delivery—a leader who does more than simply oversee a content calendar, but instead develops the tools, workflows, and automated systems that enable us to produce exceptional sports content on a global scale.
If your career has involved creating tools for content creators (such as Adobe Express, Canva, or AI-driven video editors) or heading Product for a prominent content technology platform, this position is tailored for you. You will connect the worlds of creative storytelling and scalable technology.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: Transforming the Content Business
• Revamping Content Workflows: Design and develop exclusive internal and client-focused tools that automate the content creation process, including real-time, data-driven visuals and automated match-day highlights.
• Engineering Workflows: Approach the content creation process as a collection of workflows ready for technological innovation. Build the "Content Supply Chain" to ensure seamless, automated, and scalable output across more than 40 sports on multiple platforms.
• Integrating AI & Automation: Spearhead the adoption of Generative AI and automated video/graphic technologies in our delivery pipeline to enhance the "time-to-fan" for live sports experiences.
• Driving Product-Led Growth: Create "Content-as-a-Service" (CaaS) solutions for our international clients (ICC, UEFA, NBA, etc.), transforming custom content projects into scalable product offerings.
• Leading Cross-functional Teams: Head a diverse team of product managers, UX designers, and technology leads while working closely with the editorial team to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Engineering for Performance: Create and manage analytics dashboards that provide comprehensive insights into content ROI and platform effectiveness, beyond merely tracking "likes."
Essential Requirements
• Background in Product Architecture: Demonstrated experience in developing or conceptualizing innovative tech products (such as design tools, video editing SaaS, automated CMS, or DAM systems).
• Tech-Savvy Creative: You grasp the concept of the "Creative SDK" and understand how to convert an API into a social media graphic almost instantly.
• Expertise in Scaling: Experience in overseeing high-volume operations where technology serves as the main catalyst for efficiency.
• Understanding Sports & Fan Cultures: Although you are a proponent of technology, you possess a strong instinct about sports fan culture and the elements that can make content go viral.
• A "Builder" Mentality: You have likely been involved in bringing a creative tool to fruition or have helped scale a tech-centric content platform from its inception.
Your Distinct Edge
We are not seeking a conventional Editor-in-Chief; we are in search of a Creative Technologist who observes a viral meme and thinks, "How can I create a tool that allows our team to generate 1,000 iterations of this automatically for all teams in the league?"
What We Provide
• Global Impact: Your creations will enhance the fan experience for the world's largest sports organizations.
• Innovation Hub: Access to cutting-edge AI, video technology, and data APIs to shape the future of sports media.
• Flexible Work Environment: A "fan-first" culture with two days per week at our Mumbai hub.
