💡 Your Mission: Build trust and enable growth through compliance

As Head of Compliance and Regulatory, you will define and lead voize’s compliance and regulatory strategy across Germany, the EU, the US, and future markets. Your mission is to make compliance a strategic advantage by building scalable governance, enabling teams to ship confidently, and ensuring we stay audit-ready as we expand into new products and geographies.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own the regulatory roadmap for current and future markets, and translate requirements into clear plans and priorities.

• Build and scale a pragmatic compliance program (policies, controls, monitoring, training) across the company.

• Lead audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, C5) and drive customer compliance reviews and due diligence.

• Shape medical device and AI governance (EU MDR and FDA exposure; EU AI Act alignment), including risk management and documentation.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to embed compliance into day-to-day decision-making and enable customer-facing teams.

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Strong experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks, ideally with exposure across EU and US (GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, C5, EU MDR; HIPAA/FDA exposure is a plus).

• Proven track record owning or leading audits, certifications, and customer due diligence, including building an audit-ready evidence and documentation system.

• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical internal controls and product/process guidance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate credibly with auditors, regulators, and enterprise customers.

• Fluent in German and English.
