As Head of Cloud & Product Security, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting that trust. You’ll lead a capability that enables innovation while safeguarding sensitive information across a complex, cloud-native environment—balancing pace, resilience and responsibility at scale.

This is a senior leadership role with reach—across technology, product, engineering and the broader business—where your decisions directly impact how SEEK operates and evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting the strategic direction for cloud and product security across SEEK
• Embedding security frameworks that enable fast, safe product delivery
• Translating complex technical risk into clear business context for leaders
• Growing and mentoring a high-impact security team with diverse expertise
• Anticipating emerging threats and shaping proactive, future-ready controls
• Partnering across engineering, product and cloud teams to build security in
• Leading response and learning when incidents occur, strengthening resilience

This role is outcomes-focused: enabling innovation, protecting trust and continuously improving how security shows up across the organisation.

We’re interested in capability, mindset and impact, not rigid checklists. You may bring:

• Experience leading security functions in complex, cloud-based environments
• Deep knowledge of cloud and product security across multi-cloud ecosystems
• A risk-based approach that balances protection with delivery velocity
• The ability to influence through clarity, credibility and collaboration
• Comfort operating at executive level and across technical communities
• A people-first leadership style that grows capability and confidence and a passion for learning, evolution and staying ahead of emerging threats

Experience with AWS security architecture, DevSecOps, SSDLC practices and modern threat modelling will be valuable, as will exposure to distributed, fast-moving technology organisations.
