▪ Responsible for formulating the strategy and roadmap for China TECHnet business & technology fields to max. support speed and cost targets for reaching China competitiveness

▪ Identify and focus on common and high priority technologies and processes across plants in China

▪ Defining and achieving KPIs for China TECHnet 

▪ Lead the process of China PE supplier qualification verification, supplier release in China SSL; cooperate and align regularly with China NPM PE organization

▪ Support new technology development exploration and sourcing resource expansion, identify innovative technology solutions that meet business needs, and promote the transformation and application of technological achievements

▪ Represent China in global TECHnet steering board meetings

▪ Form and lead a max. innovative and vibrant cross-China plants TECHnet community 

▪ Manage China TECHnet budget and HC planning

▪ Responsible for development and implementation of the strategy for Digitalization in China Operations (Dig. OPs)

▪ Project Portfolio manager China Dig. OPs, incl. overall China Dig. OPs budgeting and cost tracking

▪ Ensures adequate participation, contribution and alignment with global Digital Transformation (DT) network

▪ Leads the China cross-Plant Digitalization community in line with China Dig. OPs strategy and roadmap

▪ Derives lean KPI framework for measuring China Dig. OPs effectiveness and tracks these KPIs & related targets

HG: 12-13, depends on candidate's background and qualification

Work location: Shanghai/Changchun/Wuhu Plant

- Knowledge of existing Operations Technologies and Standards: Production technology, processes and test/inspection steps knowledge (SMT, Testing, automation, FA)

-Understands operations standard manufacturing concept/ standard modules/ equipments/ lines

- Possibly has already experience in Digitalization projects in Operations and/or SCM

- Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures

- Knows the methods, tools and contact persons for managing the project in operations

- Knows existing processes and requirements from customers

- Can estimate impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions within operations.

- Supports the implementation of changes following rules and keeping stakeholders up to date

- Min. 8 years experience in Production/ IE area

- Min. 5 years international teamwork experience 

- Project Mgmt., Change Mgmt. and Problem Resolution Management

- Several years experience in leading people

- Several years experience in leading projects in Operations/IE

- Strategic thinker able to define max. effectful multi-year China TECHnet roadmap

- Outspoken personality, able to convince also in international context

- Networking with other function locations and technical communities.

- Solid English for international interaction.
