Head of Business Performance - DACH

Entain/ bwin are looking for a Head of Business Performance to drive strategic growth and optimize performance across the German and Austrian markets. This is a great opportunity to lead high impact initiatives, influence senior leadership and ensure that local commercial priorities are translated into effective execution

*Can be based in Berlin or Munich and must be fluent in German and English*

• Oversee business performance for Entain’s German and Austrian markets
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
• Monitor metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Identify, propose, and validate high-impact commercial initiatives
• Act as the commercial integrator and lead cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements
• Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action

• Previous P&L or budget management experience
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and delivering commercial initiatives 
• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in the German market is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality results
