We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Business Development (f/d/m), who loves to mentor our SDR team and is passionate about implementing AI drive to high-quality productivity gains.


YOUR MISSION:
• Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and feedback to a team of SDRs, taking full responsibility for the SDR’s meeting targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing and RevOps to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and process improvements.
• Leverage and implement the latest innovations in AI and automation to drive productivity and efficiency gains.
• Build a performance culture of effective collaboration between the AE and SDR team.
• Contribute to expanding our global market presence by strategically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesloft, Cognism and Salesforce to continuously iterate on SDR outreach strategy to drive results.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Strong experience in a SDR or business development role with previous leadership experience.
• Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and quota achievement, ideally in high growth B2B SaaS and / or Enterprise sales environment.
• Demonstrated motivation to exceed ambitious targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and contributing effectively in collaborative team settings through a structured approach.
• Established expertise in cultivating strong interpersonal connections and teamwork across departments.
• Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
