Job Description
About us:
VisioLab is AI-powered self-checkout for stadiums, arenas, university canteens, corporate campuses, and more. Founded in 2019 by Tim Niekamp and Iwo Gernemann, we're headquartered in Osnabrück with a US office in Boston. 400+ active systems, 3 continents, Series A closed. Our clients include teams from the NFL, NBA, MLS, and NHL. Every year, millions of people move faster through food service venues because of what we build.
The role:
Build the function that puts VisioLab on the map.
VisioLab sits at the crossroads of sports, hospitality, and technology. Our product lives in stadiums, arenas, and high-traffic venues - places where speed, experience, and scale actually matter. We need a Head of B2B Marketing who owns the strategy and still runs the campaigns themselves when needed.
This is not a role for someone who delegates everything. You'll set direction and execute - building pipeline through LinkedIn and Google Ads, creating content that resonates with venue operators and F&B directors, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to turn marketing into revenue.
What you'll do:
• Own VisioLab's brand positioning and messaging across US and European markets
• Run and optimise LinkedIn and Google Ads funnels end-to-end. From targeting and creative to conversion and reporting
• Build full-funnel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline Sales actually wants to work
• Shape content that speaks to venue operators, F&B directors, and C-suite buyers - case studies, thought leadership, event collateral
• Lead VisioLab's presence at key industry events: NRA Show, HITEC, sports tech conferences
• Partner tightly with Sales on enablement, ICP refinement, and pipeline velocity
• Track what works, cut what doesn't, and raise the bar continuously
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years in B2B marketing - what you've built matters more than how long you've been doing it
• Proven, hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns for B2B products, including full-funnel ownership from setup to optimisation
• Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market buyers in operationally complex industries - sports, hospitality, or venue tech is a strong plus
• Strong instinct for what resonates with a US sports and hospitality audience
• Comfortable operating across European and US markets
• Fluent in HubSpot, marketing automation, and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus
What We Can Offer You:
• Direct reporting line to the founders
• Marketing is a growth driver here, not a support function
• High trust, low politics, fast decisions
• Remote-first, with occasional travel to our Osnabrück office (or exciting trade shows & world class client venues)
• Subsidized sport membership & other benefits
• Competitive salary
• A product live in NFL, NBA, and NHL venues - and a story that's only getting bigger
