With a suite of data-driven tools and a strong team of consultants, we help apps and games grow their visibility and performance in the App Store and on Apple Ads.
As an official Apple Ads Partner, AppTweak is doubling down on paid growth. We’re looking for a Head of Apple Ads (Global) to lead our Apple Ads practice, drive alignment across regions, and scale impact for both prospects and existing customers.
As Head of Apple Ads, you’ll own AppTweak’s global Apple Ads strategy and execution across three regions. This is a leadership role sitting at the intersection of Consulting, Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success Managers.

Location: remote from the US, EMEA, or APAC, or hybrid from one of our offices in Brussels or San Francisco.
Your mission:
• Build a consistent global operating model (processes, playbooks, reporting) with Global Ad Spend Growth as your main KPI.
• Align how the three regions work, sell, deliver, and measure success
• In the context of our partnership, support with requests from Apple Ads linked to account collaboration, strategy alignment for key accounts, success stories, and reporting
• Drive growth through measurable outcomes, with a key focus on trial → paid conversion.
• Build a client tiering to ensure our existing clients are supported and growing through Apple Ads
• Unlock synergies and business opportunities with the ASO side of the business.
• Be a business acumen and learn how/when to leverage and feed our Managed Services team with new clients, services and opportunities.
• Build and develop a team of Apple Ads experts
Key Responsibilities
1) Global practice leadership & regional alignment
• Build and roll out a global Apple Ads operating model across the 3 regions (ways of working, roles, handoffs, KPIs).
• Define playbooks, best practices, and quality standards for Apple Ads consulting and enablement
• Create a cadence for global reporting, pipeline visibility, performance review, and cross-region learnings.
2) Trial-to-paid conversion ownership
• Own the trial-to-paid conversion strategy for our Apple Ads product - Campaign Manager.
• Define the “successful trial” framework: what needs to happen during trial, when, and by whom.
• Partner with Sales/CSM/Consulting/Marketing/Product to improve conversion rates through better onboarding, education, and proof of value.
3) Client outcomes & delivery excellence (existing clients included)
• Support key accounts directly (especially strategic/complex ones), ensuring strong delivery and measurable performance improvements.
• Drive campaign excellence: audits, structure, scaling plans, bidding/automation guidance, creative learnings, and measurement frameworks.
• Identify risks early (performance, adoption, churn), and coordinate action plans with CSM and regional leads.
4) Tool adoption & revenue growth (AGC, Apple Ads + CM)
• Accelerate adoption and usage of AppTweak’s Apple Ads capabilities.
• Build scalable enablement: training materials, onboarding flows, templates, reporting packs.
• Surface upsell and expansion opportunities; partner with Sales and CSM to convert them.
5) Cross-functional leadership (Product, Partnerships, Marketing)
• Provide structured product feedback to influence roadmap and improve what drives trial success and retention.
• Support Apple Ads partnership requirements with customer stories, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to thought leadership: case studies, webinars, playbooks, and sales enablement content.
