About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Ambassador Program who will build and scale a global ambassador ecosystem from scratch.
You will be responsible for creating a structured program that drives user growth, brand awareness, and community engagement through ambassadors, KOLs, and partners across different regions.
This role combines strategy, operations, and growth.
Responsibilities
• Design and launch a global ambassador program from scratch.
• Define program structure, incentives, tiers, and performance models.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across multiple regions.
• Build scalable systems for tracking performance, rewards, and engagement.
• Develop incentive mechanisms tied to growth metrics (referrals, conversions, activity).
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and partnerships teams.
• Work with KOLs, influencers, and local community leaders.
• Launch campaigns, activations, and initiatives through ambassadors.
• Analyze program performance and optimize based on data.
• Build processes, guidelines, and best practices for long-term scalability.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in growth, community, partnerships, or ambassador programs.
• Proven experience building or scaling ambassador / referral / affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of community-driven growth and user acquisition.
• Experience working with international audiences and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• English B2/C1.
Nice to Have
• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or fast-growing tech companies.
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate networks.
• Experience launching growth programs in multiple regions.
• Experience building reward systems and incentive mechanics.
