As the Head of AI/ML Service Line, you will be responsible for the full ownership of our AI/ML service line, from strategic vision and profitability to team leadership and delivery quality. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, AWS partners and engineering leaders, ensuring that our AI/ML offering remains market‑leading, scalable and aligned with the company’s long‑term goals.
You’ll oversee a 30-40 member organization (including contractors), directly manage 5 Engineering Managers, and support a broader technical organization through indirect leadership. You will play a key role in driving the evolution from PoCs to production-grade MVPs. This role requires a leader who combines strong business acumen, technological oversight and people leadership in a dynamic, fast-changing AI environment.
