PhoenixTeam is launching a national initiative to prepare kids, students, and early-career professionals for an AI-driven future at no cost to participants. We are hiring a Head of AI Future Programs to build and scale this into a grassroots, nationwide movement. This is a 0→1 builder role with the opportunity to shape how the next generation learns and applies AI.
What You’ll Do
Design the Programs
Create age-based AI learning experiences:
Elementary: AI Explorers
Middle School: AI Builders
High School: AI Creators
College and Early Career: AI Future for New Professionals
Build “Programs in a Box”
Turn each program into turnkey kits:
Facilitator guides (scripted and easy to run)
Activities and project plans
Tool recommendations (safe, accessible AI tools)
Parent and student communication templates
Built-in safety and governance guardrails
Scale a National Network
Recruit and enable facilitators (parents, teachers, community leaders)
Launch pilot programs and expand nationally
Build a PhoenixTeam AI Facilitator Certification program
Create Self-Serve Learning
Design digital pathways for older students and professionals
Build hands-on challenges and real-world AI use cases
