Required Skills
Job Description
The Head of AI Enablement & Productivity is a cross-functional, execution-focused leader responsible for driving AI adoption across every department in the company. You will not build our product. You will transform how we operate. Your mandate: identify the highest-leverage automation and AI opportunities across all functions, implement them end-to-end, and measurably increase output per employee.
This is not an advisory role. You will be embedded in every team, hands-on with tools, workflows, and people. You will report directly to the CEO with full executive sponsorship and air cover to drive change.
Core Mandate
• Scale company output 3-5x without proportional headcount growth
• Achieve measurable productivity gains across all departments within 6 months
• Build the internal AI capability and muscle that makes Lucidya a reference case for AI-native operations
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Opportunity Mapping & Prioritization
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of workflows across all functions: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Product
• Identify and rank automation opportunities by effort, impact, and feasibility
• Build and maintain the company-wide AI roadmap with quarterly milestones
2. Implementation & Execution
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI tools and workflow automations
• Evaluate, select, and manage external AI vendors and platforms
• Design and deploy custom automations (using no-code/low-code tools, internal LLMs, or third-party APIs)
• Ensure every implementation moves from pilot to full adoption with change management support
3. Upskilling & Change Management
• Design and deliver AI literacy programs tailored to each function
• Create internal playbooks, templates, and prompt libraries
• Identify and coach AI champions within each department
• Drive behavioral adoption, not just tool deployment
4. Measurement & Accountability
• Define and track AI impact KPIs per function (e.g., time saved, cost reduced, throughput increased, quality improved)
• Publish a monthly AI Enablement Scorecard to the CEO and leadership team
• Run quarterly ROI reviews with each department head
5. Governance & Standards
• Establish company-wide AI usage policies (data security, IP, compliance)
• Maintain a centralized registry of all AI tools and automations in use
• Ensure alignment with Saudi data regulations and enterprise security standards
What This Role Is NOT
• This is NOT a product or engineering role. You do not build Lucidya's AI product.
• This is NOT a strategy-only role. You must execute, not just advise.
• This is NOT a siloed IT function. You work across every department, embedded in teams.
• This is NOT a people manager role initially. You are a high-impact IC with CEO-level access.
Why This Role Matters
• Direct CEO report with full executive sponsorship
• Shape how a 250-person company operates on the path to IPO
• Build something visible and measurable with company-wide impact
• Work at the intersection of AI and business operations in one of MENA's fastest-growing SaaS companies
Requirements:
Must-Have
• 5-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology roles with demonstrated AI/automation implementation track record
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools ecosystem: LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n), no-code/low-code tools
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business processes across sales, marketing, CS, HR, and finance
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional project management skills with ruthless prioritization instincts
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant plus
Strong-to-Have
• Experience in a scaling SaaS company ($10M-$100M ARR range)
• Background in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or top-tier tech ops
• Technical fluency: can write basic scripts, work with APIs, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Experience building internal enablement/training programs
• Familiarity with MENA business environment and Saudi market dynamics
Benefits:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
Performance-based bonus tied to measurable AI impact KPIs.
Stock options / equity participation.
Standard Lucidya benefits package.
