What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for the agent channel

• This includes partnering with the insurance team on new product and sector launches

• Working with the marketing teams of our Top 50 national brokers, agency group partners, and wholesalers (where allowed) to create and deliver co-sponsored marketing campaigns

• Develop performance marketing processes to analyze success of campaigns

• Create and oversee the marketing budget for the agent channel

• Manage and oversee key personnel such as marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders that drive growth in the agent channel.

• This includes providing OKR management, creative direction, creating content or briefs, final approvals, and implementation.

• Manage our convention exhibitor strategy, organizing calendar, logistics, swag purchasing, and more.

• Oversee and manage external advertising strategy, including analyzing results, creating ad copy and assets, collaborating with the Google and Bing SEM teams, and more.

• Create marketing assets for the sales team; including training presentations, flyers, promo videos, and more.

• Oversee our incentive programs, gifts, and promotional gifting

• Collaborate with PR and social media team for external communications

• Collaborate with other key stakeholders such as product, sectors, and IPM to align their release efforts with our communication and marketing strategy.

What We Need:

• 5+ years of experience of marketing to independent agents

• Understand how to drive performance marketing campaigns - tracking the success of what we deliver

• Experience managing direct reports and cross functional partners

• 5+ years of experience managing or overseeing SEM campaigns

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$145,000—$165,000 USD
