The Mission: Define and build the future of Finance

Veo is not a traditional company, so we aren’t looking for a traditional Head of Accounting. We are a global powerhouse in AI sports technology, scaling at a pace that breaks conventional finance models. We don't just have a ledger; we have a high-velocity hybrid engine that combines global hardware distribution with a massive SaaS subscription base.

We're looking for someone who has the vision for what a future-proof finance function looks like and needs a platform to build that vision, one where speed and accuracy are not mutually exclusive, but complementary

The Challenge: Why this isn’t your typical finance role. Some accounting roles are about maintaining the status quo. This role is about building the machine. You will report to the CFO and lead a team of six, but your real job is to ensure our financial data foundation can keep up with a high-growth mindset.

Your Playbook (The Profile): We are looking for a "hungry," dynamic professional who is likely seeking their definitive career-making move and form a strong partnership with FP&A and the business partners.


You will be the owner of::

The Hybrid Complexity: Mastering the dual challenge of global hardware inventory (logistics, VAT, duties) and high-velocity SaaS revenue recognition.


The "Fast Close" Culture: You aren't satisfied with what there is today. You are obsessed with automation, API integrations, and workflow optimization to reach a Scalable Architecture: You don’t just "check the books." You design the tech stack (ERP, Spend Management, etc.) so that FP&A can slice data by region, segment, and product with zero manual effort.


Mentorship for Builders: You lead a team of six. You aren't a micro-manager; you are a coach who levels up their technical skills and teaches them to be proactive business partners.


Treasury and covenants: You treat cash management as an engineering problem. You architect seamless connections between banking platforms, payment gateways, and your ERP to optimize liquidity, manage multi-currency volatility, and ensure real-time visibility into global cash positions.


Your Profile::

The Foundation: You likely started in a Big 4 (Audit) environment. You know what "perfect" looks like, but you’ve realized you’d rather build the company than audit it.


The Tech Edge: You are hungry for new knowledge in the space of tech tools and follow the development of RPAs, LLMs, and similar tools that can help improve workflows.
