To define enterprise architecture to meet business, regulatory, legal and policy requirements whilst simplifying the overall technology and application landscape in Country. To develop a technology roadmap, outlining how an aligned investment in the various technology components will support the realisation of the technology strategy, focusing on local client interactions and engagement whilst aligning to Group standards
Minimum Qualification: 
• Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology
Experience Required :
• 5 - 7 years experience in Technology
• Experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and team work. Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives. Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment. A sound knowledge of major open standards in the IT field.
• 8-10 years
• In-depth experience in full lifecycle design and development. Experience of app development & data base methodologies, programming languages, data base concepts, data storage, retrieval techniques & warehousing patterns, high performance computing, middleware paradigms & usage to enable event based & application architectures, architecture quality control, tools, data and process modelling to provide application integration and application building expertise and advice on design standards.
• Significant experience as architect in the complete information system life cycle- with specific experience in Architecture/Solution design delivery in large domestic or global institutions. Ability to deal with all levels of the business and technology organisations. Experience in defining conceptual, logical and physical architectures and data models- Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills- Familiar with TOGAF, Zachman, Bredemeyer and other EA frameworks- Experience in banking.
Key Outputs :
• Advocate new ways of work in the development and system development life cycle in country in support of Group Technology operating model.
• Assess and analyse business direction and objectives so as to present architectural recommendations that are in line with the technology strategic vision through engagement with key business stakeholders, maintaining the Group standards and direction
• Assess deviations to enterprise architecture and document the compromises and acceptance/commentary in the appropriate log and keep Group Architecture updated and informed.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand the complexity of the technology architecture, review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate, catalogue and enforce overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the business and technology activities in country.
