To lead and drive the growth of the Direct Sales channel that will facilitate the acquisition of new business within the Employee Benefits Market. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and secure new corporate clients, expand market share, and strengthen the company's position as a trusted provider of comprehensive employee benefit solutions in South Africa.

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree

8-10 years

In a senior business development or sales leadership role. Proven track record of securing large corporate clients and delivering substantial revenue growth. Strong understanding of retirement funds, group risk benefits, healthcare, and wellness solutions
