Key Responsibilities
Head Chef
• Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across both the staff restaurant and hospitality offering
• Design and deliver innovative, nutritionally balanced menus suited to a high-performance environment
• Pay homage to the client’s American heritage in motorsport through the food offering
• Oversee food safety, compliance, and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
• Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high performance
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service delivery
