Your role in the journey
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll lead the morning culinary experience with precision and flair. You’ll ensure every dish reflects the quality and care our guests expect — from sunrise to service.
Your responsibilities include:
• Planning, preparing and executing high-quality dishes for our breakfast buffet with consistency and creativity.
• Supervising and coordinating the breakfast kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
• Monitoring inventory, placing orders and managing stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Training, mentoring and evaluating kitchen team members to foster a positive and professional environment.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Manager on menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and issues are reported promptly.
• Upholding Anantara brand standards and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for breakfast cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
