ABOUT 4P’s CORPORATION

4P’s, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates 40 worldwide restaurants. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses", "Earth-to-people" and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. Today, we operate restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India and Indonesia, and continue to grow with a vision of bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

L&D Operational support (80%)

• Support in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, and/or training projects (if applicable).
• Coordinate with internal & external trainers to ensure effective and quality execution of training programs.
• Support before-during training programs such as enrollment arrangements (book calendar, arrange room, send invitation, participant list, etc.), prepare tests, survey forms, attendance tracking and other logistics
• Design L&D training communications and materials
• Handle the administration of post training activities such as certification collection, paperwork for payment process, training report delivery.
• Translate training materials and related documents.
• Other training operational work assigned by supervisor

2.Learning Management System Admin (20%)

• Data import in LMS, including attendance tracking, training progress, learner management, training content management (will be guided by the supervisor)
• Create and export learning reports from LMS (if required).
• Coordinate to be a contact point in LMS-related issue

WHO ARE YOU

• Able to commit to 6 months internship period, work full-time 5 days/week (occational off day on request)
• Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
• Good command of English
• Service mindset to delivery WOW experience to 4P’s partners
• Growth and collaborative mindset
