[HCM] Demand Planning Executive

4P’s, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates 40 worldwide restaurants. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Statistical Forecasting

Develop yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly demand forecasts at product and category levels using statistical tools and inputs from Restaurants, FMCG sales team, and Finance for 4Ps in Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia.

• FMCG Promotion & LTO Planning

Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to prepare the plan of Limited Time Offers (LTOs/seasonal menu), price changes, and new grand menu launches/update. Account for promotions (if any), product launches, and discontinuations in the FMCG forecast.

• Inventory Optimization

Monitor primary inventory levels across the stores to prevent overstocking (waste) or understocking (lost sales) and communicate the primary material reservation to the Procurement to secure the inventory.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration (S&OP)

Lead the Demand Review meetings in the S&OP cycle, facilitating monthly meetings with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to align on a "single version of the truth" forecast. Highlight the constrain demand and align on solution.

• Performance Tracking

Analyze forecast accuracy and Bias. Perform root-cause analysis on significant "forecast misses" to improve future modelling.

TOOLS, ENVIRONMENT & WORKING CONDITIONS

Systems & Tools                

Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL...), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs - daily), plus flexibility for department-specific tools.                

Work Setting                

Primary: WOW Center HCMC (Saigon Pearl)                

Secondary: Kitchen 4Ps (Long An)                

Travel Expectations                

Occasionally onsite at Restaurant or Kitchen 4Ps to observe operation issues and run projects                

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background                

Graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Foreign Trade Bachelor                 

Preferred: Certificate in Data Analysis , Supply Chain Management                

Language Proficiency                

Required: English – Fluency (spoken & written) 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience Duration                

1+ years in demand planning or supply chain (Experience in F&B or Retail preferred).                

Relevant Experience                

Required: 3+ years in demand planning or supply chain                

Preferred: Show flexibility and familiarity with fast-paced environment                

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration                

Required: Experience collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to manage shipments/goods delivered on time and implement improvement initiative                

Industry or Domain Expertise                

Required: Experience in service-driven industries.                

Preferred: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
