• Minimum 7+ years of related experience in Human Resources, with experience using or providing support of business support applications
• Expertise in HCM software
• Good knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
• Experience or knowledge of Success Factors solution or Success Factors Integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
