• Design and develop interior vehicle components, ensuring they are visually appealing, ergonomic, and manufacturable.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, applying GD&T specifications.
• Take part in design reviews and integration meetings, sharing your ideas and expertise.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all program requirements are met.
• Clearly document your design concepts, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Support change management and revision control processes to keep projects on track.

• More than 1 year of experience in the area
• Experience in design engineering, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX and a solid understanding of SAE wiring design fundamentals.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Design preferred
• Advanced Siemens NX skills, including electrical routing.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with Altair SimSolid and CAE principles.
• Excellent English communication skill

• Preferably candidates must reside in Toluca or near to this area. 
• Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on site per week.
• Applicants must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
