McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Hardware Product Owner to join our ever-growing team.

• Roadmap Management - Manage Roadmap on New Product Development and Concept Prototyping, including new feature on existing product
• Discovery Approval - Present ideas on new HW or new feature development along with supporting data on market and technology perspective for Management approval
• Requirement Development - Collaborate with IoT Engineer and Procurement on HW Sourcing and Requirement Development
• Product Launch - Lead Preparation for Product Launch and ensure proper alignment to Product SW, Service and Commercial Team (PMM and Sales)
• Customer Project Management - Support customer proejct involving new product until product reaches certain maturity
• Product Strategy - Improve Strategy revolving Product technology, go-to-market, and maintenance until end-of-life of the product

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Product Owner or another related field
• Comfortable with technical understanding (IoT, Embedded, Automotive)
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex product challenges
• Some level of experience on Commercial side (launching product, selling product)
• Experience handling hardware product is preferrable
• Experience handling supplier / OEM is preferrable
