Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

As a Hardware Engineer in Valeo Martos, you will be designing cutting edge electronics for top car makers in the world, working in a fast paced, international and multicultural environment.

Your mission will be to design electronic circuits according to customer specifications for illumination systems in the automotive industry, following the most up to date techniques in a constantly evolving environment.

Your responsibilities:

To define, develop and validate the HW design according to customer specification and Valeo design rules

Responsible for the integration of the different domains constraints (HW, SW, mechanic, quality, industrialisation) into the product HW design

Cooperate with PCB layout engineers and ensure the quality of PCB layout

Support activities related to EMC design

Support the customer validation and design review activities

Participate in the improvement of the standards, methods & tools

Desired skills and experience:

Electronics Engineering Degree/Master, Telecommunications or equivalent experience

Experience in HW design

Knowledge of Simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence...)

EMC good practices

Use of laboratory equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies…

Passion for HW design

Passion for the automotive industry

Negotiation English level is mandatory
