Location: Phoenix Metro
Pay: $22–$30 per hour equivalent, Salaried Non-Exempt

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman with strong paver installation experience to lead crews on high-end residential projects. While this role is primarily focused on pavers, the foreman must be capable of supporting other hardscape-related construction work as needed, including flatwork, edging, retaining elements, and similar landscape construction features.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality, pacing, and accountability on a jobsite.

What You’ll Do

Lead installation of interlocking pavers, brick, stone, and concrete flatwork

Perform full site prep including excavation, grading, base installation, and compaction

Layout and install paver patterns (herringbone, running bond, basket weave, etc.)

Cut and fit materials using saws and grinders for clean finishes

Apply joint sand (including polymeric), final compaction, and finishing details

Lead and manage a crew, assign daily tasks, and maintain production pacing

Operate and oversee use of compactors, skid steers, mini-excavators, levels, and hand tools

Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

Communicate job progress, material needs, and issues with management

Assist with other hardscape construction tasks as required by the company, depending on workload and project needs

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on hardscape experience with significant paver installation required

Prior foreman or crew-lead experience preferred

Strong understanding of base prep, drainage, elevations, and layout

Ability to read plans and follow specifications

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round

Valid driver’s license

E-Verify compliant

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Pay Structure – Salaried Non-Exempt

Guaranteed pay for 40 hours every week

Overtime eligible when approved and worked

Provides paycheck stability while still allowing overtime pay
