• Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura del hotel.
• Ejecuta reparaciones generales en electricidad, plomería, pintura, carpintería y albañilería.
• Garantiza el óptimo estado de habitaciones, áreas públicas y sistemas operativos.
• Realiza inspecciones de sistemas críticos para asegurar su funcionamiento seguro.
• Gestiona y cierra tickets de mantenimiento en el sistema operativo del hotel.
• Apoya en tareas adicionales del área de mantenimiento según necesidades operativas.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento hotelero.
• Conocimientos en electricidad, plomería, pintura y reparaciones generales.
• Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.
• Enfoque en estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio de hotel de lujo.
