Role Description

Maintain It is looking for a skilled, professional, and detail-oriented Handyman to join our construction and maintenance team. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium experience to our clients, which means we don't just fix problems—we provide a seamless, high-end service where every job site is left in pristine condition.

Core Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director of Construction, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and project tasks, including:

Multi-Trade Maintenance:
Execute professional-grade repairs in plumbing, drywall, tiling, painting, and appliance/equipment maintenance.

Site Preparation & Safety:
Prep service sites by removing hazards and ensuring all work is performed according to Health & Safety procedures using your own power/hand tools.

Trade Support:
Assist specialized tradespeople with complex electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs as needed.

Sub-contractor Oversight:
Supervise scheduled work performed by sub-contractors to ensure it meets Maintain It's quality standards.

Reporting:
Proactively identify and report the need for major or minor repairs and log all preventative maintenance data onto the company drive.

Pristine Site Management:
We operate in high-end spaces. You are expected to leave every workspace better than you found it, ensuring all debris is removed and the area is spotless upon completion.

Professionalism:
Respond to customer inquiries and maintenance requests with a high level of courtesy, clear communication, and a professional demeanor.

Schedule & Requirements

Availability:
This role requires flexible hours based on company and project demands.

After-Hours Support:
You must be willing to attend emergency calls and perform after-hours work as needed to ensure our clients' properties remain operational.

Mobility:
You must have a reliable vehicle and a full set of your own tools available every day.
