Job Description:
CPM Builders is seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman to support our residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Spanish fluency is required to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair work

Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks

Assist with on-site project needs and punch list items

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Spanish

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
