CPM Builders is hiring Construction Laborers who MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish to support our field teams on luxury retail construction and high-end commercial interior projects.

Our crews build flagship retail stores, boutique retail spaces, and premium commercial interiors where clear communication, organization, and teamwork are critical. We are looking for reliable workers who can communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members on the jobsite.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

English

Assist superintendents and skilled trades on luxury retail construction projects.

Perform site preparation, material handling, and jobsite organization

Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment

Assist with demolition, framing prep, drywall prep, and finish installation support

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

English

Bilingual in English and Spanish

1–3 years of construction labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physical work and lift 50+ pounds

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
