We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our facilities maintenance operations, ensuring that all properties, guest spaces, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. As a Handyman, you'll take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. Your expertise in multiple trades, combined with your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and painting systems across assigned areas, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, following established procedures and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks with precision, leaving all spaces clean, organized, and in perfect working condition upon completion
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate complex projects and share knowledge across the maintenance department
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes while performing duties
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, wearing appropriate uniforms and identification while on duty
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing updates on maintenance progress and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair, construction, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, and painting
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, safety protocols, and building maintenance standards
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new challenges and learn additional skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
