Salary range: $60,000–$100,000 (annualized)

Work you will do as an ISOutsource HaloPSA Administrator:
Own the administration, configuration, optimization, and overall platform governance of HaloPSA to ensure it effectively supports service delivery, operational processes, sales lifecycle management, and reporting needs.
Configure and maintain HaloPSA operational structures including ticket types, service catalogs, workflows, automation rules, permissions, and system settings.
Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automation rules that improve operational efficiency, standardize service management processes, and reduce manual administrative effort.
Monitor HaloPSA platform performance and partner with the IT Operations Infrastructure Team to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Ensure HaloPSA platform configuration, access controls, and permissions align with organizational security standards and requirements defined by the Security Officer.
Follow established change management processes and maintain alignment between development and production environments, ensuring all configuration changes, integrations, automations, and reporting updates are tested prior to release.
Manage and optimize the Thread AI platform and its integrations with HaloPSA and other operational systems.
Manage integrations and data exchange between HaloPSA, Thread AI, and related operational platforms including sales, product, billing, and service delivery systems.
Support integrations and structured data imports for product and usage tracking including CSP facilitator integrations such as Pax8 and other API-based platforms.
Ensure business operations platforms support accurate quoting, deal lifecycle management, product provisioning, service activation, and billing processes.
Maintain accurate product, subscription, and usage data across HaloPSA and related systems to support reliable billing, financial reporting, and operational data integrity.
Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, SQL queries, and datasets within HaloPSA based on metrics defined by the Data and Reporting Team.
Partner with the Data and Reporting Team to ensure consistency between operational platform data and enterprise reporting platforms including PowerBI and Azure Fabric.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative, reporting, and data management tasks while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across operational systems.
Maintain documentation, provide internal guidance and training, identify platform improvement opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with 3rd party orchestration platforms
Experience with PowerBI, SSRS, or Azure Fabric
Experience with other MSP specific tools like N-central, ITGlue, Qualys, Rapid7, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Auvik
Requirements
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience administering business systems, service management platforms, or enterprise operational platforms
3+ years of experience administering HaloPSA or similar enterprise PSA platform like ServiceNow
Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for reporting and operational data analysis
Experience configuring workflows, automation rules, and system integrations
Strong foundational understanding of scripting with 3+ years’ experience writing PowerShell
Experience developing PowerShell scripts or similar automation to support system administration, reporting, or data management tasks.
