We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hair Patch Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in non-surgical hair replacement systems and a strong understanding of hair and scalp treatments, including basic knowledge of laser-based hair therapies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and customer service to deliver personalized grooming solutions and boost client confidence.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Apply, maintain, and customize hair patch systems for clients based on individual requirements.
• Conduct consultations to assess hair loss patterns, scalp condition, and recommend suitable non-surgical solutions.
• Perform hair patch fixing, removal, cleaning, and reattachment with precision and hygiene standards.
• Style, cut, and blend hair patches to match the client’s natural hair seamlessly.
• Provide guidance on aftercare, maintenance routines, and product usage.
• Assist in basic laser hair treatments and understand their role in hair restoration procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workspace in accordance with industry standards.
• Build strong client relationships through professional communication and high-quality service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cosmetology and hair replacement techniques.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and hair care practices.
• Hands-on experience as a hair technician, especially in hair patch or hair replacement systems.
• Understanding of hair and scalp health, including exposure to laser hair treatment technologies.
• Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, and blending techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver natural-looking results.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle clients with sensitivity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Hair Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in hair patching, hair replacement, or salon services.
• Prior experience working in a hair clinic, salon, or wellness center is an advantage.
