Bij GGZ Momentum helpen we mensen herstellen van uiteenlopende uitdagingen op psychisch, sociaal en maatschappelijk vlak. We hebben specifieke expertise in het behandelen van persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, verslavingsproblematiek en compulsieve stoornissen. Onze zorg is beschikbaar in Noord-Brabant en Gelderland en staat open voor alle inwoners van Nederland. Samen streven we naar een positieve verandering in het leven van onze cliënten.

Over de functie

Voor een tijdelijke invulling van mei tot en met december zoeken we een GZ-psycholoog die wil bijdragen aan toegankelijke en persoonlijke zorg. In deze periode draai je volledig mee in de zorg en in het team. Na december is er een goede kans om te blijven, afhankelijk van hoe het bevalt en de beschikbare formatie. Je werkt met (jong)volwassenen die te maken hebben met verslavingen en andere psychische problemen. Je combineert diagnostiek, behandeling en supervisie en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een multidisciplinair team.

• Intakegesprekken voeren en behandelingen opstarten

• Diagnoses stellen en behandelplannen opstellen

• Psychotherapie geven volgens diverse methoden

• Behandelingen evalueren en bijsturen

• Collega-therapeuten begeleiden

• Voortgang bijhouden in het EPD
