Bij GGZ Momentum, locatie Helmond, geloven we in zorg die écht persoonlijk is. In ons kleinschalige, multidisciplinaire team creëren we een warme, veilige context waarin cliënten zich gezien en gehoord voelen. We kijken verder dan symptomen en ontmoeten steeds de persoon achter het gedrag. Samen met de cliënt zoeken we naar een passende behandelroute.

Onze expertise ligt bij angst- en stemmingsproblematiek, zelfdestructief gedrag zoals verslaving en eetstoornissen, en complexe co-morbiditeit zoals hechtingsproblematiek, trauma en persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Waar mogelijk bieden we groepstherapie, zoals schematherapeutische deeltijdbehandeling en herstelgerichte deeltijd voor mensen met verslavingsproblematiek. Ook klachtgerichte gedragstherapie en lichaamsgerichte interventies behoren tot ons aanbod. Het familiesysteem betrekken we actief en we onderhouden nauwe contacten met lokale lotgenotengroepen.

Dagelijks maken we tijd voor multidisciplinair overleg, omdat we geloven in de kracht van samenwerking. Zo houden we elkaar scherp, stemmen behandelbeleid af en zorgen dat onze zorg aansluit bij de behoeften van onze cliënten.

Als GZ-psycholoog ben je niet alleen behandelaar, maar ook regiebehandelaar. Je geeft in verbinding met het team richting aan het behandelbeleid, bewaakt de voortgang en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de cliënt. Samen met het team zorg je voor een behandelklimaat waarin autonomie en verbondenheid centraal staan. Je kijkt ernaar uit om jouw expertise in te zetten en psychodynamische en existentiële perspectieven te integreren in de behandeling.
