Job Description

SCT resources have a broad range of skills in different technologies. The large skill-set has been made possible by a conscious focus on strengthening our skills base. we need strong Windows and Application support people specially from banking domain background asap.

• Build Windows Servers

• O/S hardening

• Provide Application Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot OS and Application issues.

• Server Patch Management

• Application patch Management

• Install & Maintain Citrix Presentation servers in the farm

• Perform Security Scans and resolve the vulnerability issues

• Troubleshoot Hardware issues and coordinate with hardware vendors where necessary

• Provide Backup and Restore Solutions using VERITAS Net backup or similar tools

• Support and Manage SAN (Storage Area Network)

• Application release management in UAT and Production

• Process Documentation new and existing

• Process automation using Scripts (Powershell, VB and Batch programming) and Process Improvements

• Projects – should be able to take up new projects and complete them with in SLA.

• Support Virtual machines and applications running on VM infrastructure.
