GUIDEWIRE SOLUTION ARCHITECT (Permanent / Full time )

Overview:

This position will lead the architecture and technology stream in Guidewire projects, managing architecture teams drawn from TCS, the client and other third-party delivery partners and product vendors. 

 A driven and highly analytical person who has worked in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor and multi-geography environment. 

 Create solution design for implementation and integration of Guidewire solution specific to customer’s environment

Expectations for this position:

 Ideate and design end-to-end solution for Guidewire implementaiton 

 Possess strong leadership abilities to influence CxO level stakeholders 

 Be detail oriented 

  Must have experience executing projects in a distributed agile environment 

  Experience in architecting solutions for large transformational programs (typically 18 to 36 months duration) 

  Have the ability to motivate and gain the respect of a high performing team 

   Must have handled end-to-end architectural responsibilities from solution design, data migration planning, capacity planning, application security, process orchestration, application and data integration etc. 

 Experience working in multiple technologies and platforms 

Proven ability to work with changing priorities 

Adapt to change 

Ability to work in a matrix organization 

 Lead from the front 

Proactive and “get-the-job” done attitude 

Treat people the way you like to be treated 

 Willing to travel – domestic (Monday to Thursday) and International (occasionally)

Architecture and solution design

Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency 

 Working in a global delivery model (onshore/offshore)

Legacy modernization experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years in an architect capacity 

 6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience 

 A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations 

A minimum of 2 years experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Service Oriented Architecture implementations. 

 Experience in integration and data migration solution designs 

  Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Guidewire projects
