Guest Services Operations Director

Role Description: 

Serve as the central hub of operational excellence for the Guest Services ministry, ensuring every campus is aligned and equipped to see, serve, and connect people to Jesus and His church. You will drive ministry success by communicating clear vision and information, removing obstacles, building and sharing essential resources, and developing leaders through consistent coaching.

Primary Responsibilities:

Advance the Guest Services mission in alignment with the vision of NewSpring Church.

Embody the NewSpring vision and Guest Services’ mission in personal life, as well as teach, model, and coach others to do the same.

Create opportunities for vision sharing, operational clarity, and campus collaboration via weekly video meetings, one-on-ones, and campus travel.

Work with other ministries and campuses weekly to prepare and align Sunday environments and Sunday Gathering resources with Guest Services Mission, Pillars, and Standards (“MPS”).

Create and maintain training resources and opportunities specifically for Guest Services staff, leaders, and volunteers.

Coordinate regular touchpoints, visits, and collaborations with campus team members for support team. 

Connect with, and help resource, other churches who have questions about Guest Services ministry.

Partner with other ministries and campuses for building launches and/or updates.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.

Role Requirements:

This role is full time, 40 hours per week.

This role is eligible to receive a housing allowance.

Ministry experience in a large church is preferred.

This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:

Sunday: 8am-1pm

Monday: 9am-5pm

Tuesday: 9am-5pm

Wednesday: 9am-5pm

Thursday: 9am-5pm
