We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs will directly contribute to their experience with us.

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Multitask effectively during peak service hours while remaining composed and supportive
• Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed

• Proven experience in guest service, food and beverage service, or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations
